mini pastry savouries

1. using pastry cutters, cut circles to fit patty pans. chill in the fridge. 
2.mix; 1 egg,pinch salt,1T milk
3.wisk together with a fork
4.transfer egg mixture to a measuring cup.
5.place some thawed peas and corn in each pastry case.
6.carefully pour egg mixture into each case. DONT SPILL ANY!
7. bake at 200*c for 8-10 minutes
8.cool and eat
